H2 Whoa!

Do you have dry skin?  Perhaps a bad headache along with that, and an unfortunate case of a bladder infection?  If you haven’t heard this for the hundredth time, the source of these unpleasant cases most times is all thanks to being dehydrated!  If any of you are like me, and can’t seem to find yourself gulping down the recommended 8 eight-ounce glasses of water a day, take in some of these alternatives:

The obvious alternative is to add flavoring to your water to better enjoy the drink, or to drink juice.  Keep in mind, some juices contain a lot of sugar, which has an opposite effect on hydration and adds to the problem.  Go for the all-natural juices!

Are you tired of talking about drinks now?  How about eating your daily dosage of H2O?  Vegetables like cucumbers, zucchinis, tomatoes, and spinach have water contents of 90% and above.  Now that you know you can eat your way to hydration, there shouldn’t be any more excuses!
